10 Great Places to See Wildflowers

USA Today had an article on ten great places to see Wildflowers.  They interviewed Bob Gibbons, the author of Wildflower Wonders: The 50 Best Wildflower Sites in the World.  The list includes:

  • Mount Rainier, Wash.
  • Crested Butte, Colo. 
  • White Mountains, N.H. 
  • Carrizo Plain National Monument, Calif. 
  • Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, Calif. 
  • Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta, Canada 
  • Great Smoky Mountains National Park, N.C. and Tenn. 
  • Mount Ashland, Ore.
  • The Burren, County Clare, Ireland 
  • Bruce Peninsula National Park, Ontario, Canada
