Why Ravens and Crows Are Earth’s Smartest Birds
Posted in Birds | Tags: Bird Intelligence, Crows, Ravens
Keeping birds, or any animals, in laboratories, and experimenting on them is cruel, and there’s no excuse for it. Humans’ scientific curiosity does not justify causing suffering to birds, who should be free to live out their lives in the wild. We are depriving them of their natural lives, of joy, happiness, and freedom. We don’t need to know how smart they are – we need to realize how stupid we are. If humans were smart, we’d have more kindness, sensitivity, and empathy.
