Michael Frye has two postings on fall color at Yosemite. He reports in his Happy October posting:
The aspens have already started turning on the east side of the mountains, and by the end of October the dogwoods, maples, cottonwoods, and oaks will be changing in Yosemite Valley.
In his posting Autumn in Yosemite he give a detailed description of the typical month by month progression of fall color in Yosemite.
