ROAD CLOSURE NOTICEA winter storm warning goes into effect Wednesday morning through Friday morning. The Generals Highway in Sequoia National Park will be closing above Hospital Rock at about 3 p.m. Wednesday as a safety precaution in anticipation of further rock and debris fall.
No closures are planned for Grant Grove in Kings Canyon National Park at this time, but visitors are urged to avoid driving during an active storm.
Reminder that the portion of the Generals Highway that connects both parks is closed for the season.
We will notify the public when the highway is safe to reopen after the storm.
