Carson Pass Wildflower Photos

Randall Brynvold has posted 90 photos from the Meiss Trailhead area north of Carson Pass and south of Lake Tahoe, at altitudes of 8,600-9,000 feet. The trail went through a mix of moist and dry meadows, and drier rocky slopes. Protected areas still had patches of melting snow and ice.
