    The article mentions a Shiloh Ridge State Park and I think what they meant was Shiloh ranch regional park or am I missing something? ( They got it right the first time.)

      You are correct. The article is in error. If you google Shiloh Ridge State Park the only thing that shows up is Shiloh Ranch Regional Park.
