How Migratory Birds Spread Plant Species

UConn Today reports on the University of Connecticut study that demonstrated for the first time how plants travel on migrating birds to spread from the Northern to Southern Hemisphere.

  1. yes, migratory birds play pivotal role in dispersing plants seed in a wide range of land. The same role is also played by the livestock of pastoral people who migrate with their livestock and travel on their historic routes.
