Offshore structures ‘kill hundreds of thousands of birds’

Hundreds of thousands of birds may be being killed by colliding with offshore structures in the North Sea, new research has suggested.

Collisions with offshore structures in the North Sea could account for the mortality of hundreds of thousands of nocturnally migrating birds.
