Color Report:Leaf watchers are reporting that anyone looking for fall colors the mid elevation is a do not miss. The leaves in the mid elevation are mostly changes with just a small amount of green scattered throughout, this is making the drive up Hwy 14 as far as mile marker 17 as well as National Scenic Byway 143 from Parowan to Brian Head extremely beautiful with lots of golden yellows, vibrant oranges and reds sprinkled throughout the drive.Parowan Library Low Elevation – High Valley Cedar City and Kolob Canyons Area
