Oregon Wildflower Report 5/2/14

Oregon Wildflowers has two new posts for 5/2/14

Memaloose Hills: Balsamroot, lupine, paintbrush, brodiaea, some sweet pea, all in bloom. Balsamroot looks just past peak. See photo  at: http://oregonwildflowers.org/viewreportphoto.php?ID=64

Hood River Mountain: Comments Several friends report that there is LOTS of balsamroot, as well as Indian paintbrush and other species. In addition to the wildflowers, there are spectacular views of Mount Hood along this trail. For more information about the hike, visit http://nwhiker.com/HoodRiverMtn.html.
