Eleven Top Desert Sites

If you are thinking about going to the desert this spring or summer, SoCal Wander has an article on 11 of the best places to visit in the desert. Here is the list and check out the posting for information on each of the sites.

  1. Well, I am not sure I agree with this list. Rainbow Basin is a so-so location and Trona pinnacles, well, not much to see there. I would include Red Rock Canyon SP as one of the top 3 spots and Wild Rose Canyon near Death Valley. Good luck in the summer, temp will be in the 105-115 range everyday.
