Sunset Crater National Monument Wildflowers

 

Wild in Arizona just posted a wildflower report for Sunset Crater in Arizona:

The cinder cones of Sunset Crater National Monument are at peak now for color. Large globes of yellow snakeweed on the eastern cones and the largest Arizona Gilia bloom I have ever seen there.
