The BBC  reports that the High Court challenge by the Badger trust as been granted. This will stop the culling of Badgers in England. The Badger trust saying the culling would have resulted in a greater spread of Bovine TB and at a greater cost to farmers. Farmers and unions disagree and feel the decision not to cull is a betrayal. Wales had decided not to cull badgers in March and had decided to vaccinate as a way to stop the spread of Bovine TB (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-politics-17435827).
