Well it’s not exactly clear

The Sacramento Bee ran a story earlier this week about how the leaders of the California State Parks could not give a clear explanation of the decision process to determine which state parks would be closed.  A state assembly oversight committee questioned park officials at an oversight hearing and could not get clear answers or any documentation about how different factors were weighted in deciding which parks to close.
