Dogwoods Still Going Strong In Sequoia and Kings Canyon

A posting in the California Forum of NaturePhotograhers.Net reports that in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks:

“Many Dogwoods are blooming in the lower elevations in Giant Forest around the turnoff to Crystal Cave. Some flowers were still in the ‘yellow’ stages, so should be even better in the next week. Upper elevations (Grant Grove) were not even close yet.”
