Wildlands Conservancy and Wind Wolves

Wildlands Conservancy is the largest land conservation organization in California.  It has preserved 12,000 square miles including Wind Wolves (97,000acres), which many of you have heard about.   It has been written about on many websites for its wildflower bloom this year.  Wind Wolves lower elevation areas are currently reported to be passed peak, but the bloom is still going strong at higher elevations.  Wolves Wind Wolves also has a herd of over 200 tule elk.  The preserve is open weekdays from 1:30pm to 4:30 pm and weekends from 8am to 5pm.
