Plumas County Fall Foliage Report 10/21/11 updated 10/23/11

California Fall Color in its posting Dogwood and Oak Peaking Near Snake Lake reports that Road 45 is showing 75 to 100% color. See link with photos at: http://richardmccutcheon.phanfare.com/4890631

Much of Plumas County is at or near peak.  Some hotspots are:

  • Caribou road off of Highway 70
  • Thompson Creek road
  • Lake Davis Road
  • Portola nice color in residential trees
  • Bucks Lake which may even better next week
