Fall Color Reports for this weekend – Updated 10/21/11
The Sacramento Bee says this is the weekend to go if you want to see fall color this year. They report that the highlights are:
- Hope Valley to Bishop Creek
- Highway 89 along the East Carson River to Monitor Pass
- Conway Summit
- Lundy Canyon
- Lee Vining Canyon
- June Lake – top destination for this weekend
- Mountain Glen area of South Fork Bishop Creek to Four Jefferies
- North Fork Bishop Creek,Cardinal, Aspendell and Intake 2
