Update on the fire in the Point Reyes Headlands near the lighthouse area:
Acreage: 5.6
75% containment as of 4 PM
The crews do not anticipate any further fire growth at this point.
Resources: NPS fire, Marin County Fire, Inverness Fire & one USFS Engine. Cal Fire air tankers did drop fire retardant and Cal Fire helo dropped water.
Fuels: coastal scrub, grass and brush
