Friday 9/21 Special Update: Virginia Lakes is a “Go Now” for this weekend 9/21/18. We drove up to the top of Virginia Lakes yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the rapid color change above 9,000 feet. Full groves of yellow and orange are visible from the road and around lake level. Take the Dunderberg Meadows Road for additional groves of nice color change. (This is a graded dirt road and AWD is recommended.)
