Charlie Russell’s Wildflower Hikes has a new post for Barker Pass in the Lake Tahoe Region. He has directions, plant lists, trail descriptions and photos at Barker Pass Wildflowers. He reports that this trail is a less crowded than some of the more popular Tahoe trails and includes exposed volcanic bluffs, shaded forest, and several wonderful mountain seeps/meadows.
