San Juan National Forest  reports

Estimated Percentage of Current Fall Foliage:
Durango to Purgatory – past peak
Molas Pass – past peak
Silverton/Red Mtn Pass – past peak
Pagosa – past peak
Dolores to Lizard Head Pass – past peak
Mancos/La Platas – past peak
San Juan Skyway- past peak

Areas with Greatest Amount of Color / Recommended Viewing Areas:
There are still some great photos in the patches that still have leaves.

Estimated Peak Viewing Period:
Most places are past peak and losing leaves.

Viewing Suggestions / Tips:
Past peak doesn’t mean bad.  Just harder to find great pictures.
Weather should be clear later in the week for the last bit of colo

Trees That Are Currently Turning Color: Oak Brush, then Aspen, then Cottonwoods.
