Where to photograph in California – Yahoo Groups (Calphoto) has the following new report for Yosemite and vicinity

Wildflowers

– not much flowers on Evergreen rd to Hetch Hetchy

– dogwoods start showing up on 120 but far from prime time, also lupine etc

– dogwoods are blooming in the valley especially around Pohono Bridge

– a short detour at Chinese Camp to Red Hills brings you lots of flowers such as poppies, monkey flowers etc

High volume of water at all waterfalls, making it nice for moonbow shots at the base of Yosemite Falls and Falls View

Glacier Point road was open, but may be closed again due to the current weather system
