Rock Slide Closes Hwy. 140 To Yosemite

 Yosemite National Park reports

El Portal Road (continuation of Highway 140) Closed Due to Rockfall The El Portal Road (continuation of Highway 140 into Yosemite Valley from El Portal) is closed due to rockfall. Access to Yosemite Valley is still possible via Big Oak Flat and Wawona Roads. Call 209/372-0200 (then dial 1 then 1) for any updates.
