ABF Conserves 1500+ More Acres: Lucky 5 Ranch Phase 2 Closes Escrow

ABF is thrilled to announce that the Lucky 5 Ranch Phase II project has closed escrow and is now officially owned by ABF! The project is the culmination of three years of planning and lots of hard work to pull together a very complicated deal. But in the end we have been able to protect vital open space for wildlife and preserve an important piece of San Diego County. The property is an important connector between Anza-Borrego Desert State Park to the east with Cuyamaca Rancho State Park to the west, near Sunrise Highway.
