High Elevation – AlpineBrian Head, Cedar Breaks and Panguitch Lake
Percent of Change:PAST PEAK
Color Report:Fall color watchers have reported that snow has fallen and is bringing down more of the leaves that have already changed. There are still a few locations where color can be seen but the majority of the leaves are gone.
Mid Elevation – Sub-AlpineParowan Canyon and Cedar Canyon Area
Percent of Change:MODERATE
Color Report:Reports are showing that the majority of the leaves in the mid elevation are still green but large groves of yellow as well as some patches of reds and oranges are beginning to appear scattered throughout the mid elevation. Mostly found along Hwy 14 as well as the Cedar Highlands area. More leaves will be changing in the next several weeks so be sure to continue to check back of more updates.
Low Elevation – High ValleyCedar City and Kolob Canyons Area
Percent of Change:LOW
Color Report:At this time there is little to no change of color in the lower elevations. Please check back for regular updates.
