Plumas County Wildflowers 4/3/15

The Plumas County Bloom Blog reports

The Stout-beaked Toothwort, a member of the mustard family, is blooming near the spot where Butterfly Creek and Butterfly Valley Road meet Highway 70. It is likely to be blooming in similar habitats such as the Keddie Cascades Trail.
