There were few wildflowers near the shore but nothing worth mentioning.

So many wildflowers! I don’t think I’ve ever seen as many trilliums in one place. Lupin and paintbrush and a bunch of other things I can’t even identify were out in abundance too.

This was an easy hike with spring in full bloom and one area of the road opened up to some great views of the river and Mount Pugh. This is a nice area that does not seem to see many visitors.

The wild flowers are just beginning to show, trillium and western spring beauty were abundant. The upcoming weeks should be spectacular.
