Heading up the Silverado Trail, this show starts on the right as one passes the Soda Springs Store. Flowers can be seen here and there during the ten-minute drive that takes you to the junction of Oakville Cross and the Silverado Trail. Poppies in rugs of marigolds seem to be expanding, perhaps rebounding from the dry spell. It is too early to be sure, but let’s hope so, for only time can make that so.
