Anza-Borrego Wildflower Report – Whale Peak 2/19/14

Borregohiking.com  reported on a hike of Whale Peak in Anza-Borrego Park. Here is what they found in terms of wildflowers:

Flowers are of course scarce. Plenty of Goldenbush and Desert lotus are blooming, Some Desert Broom-Rape, Pincushion and Milkvetch. Penstemon just at the parking, behind a boulder. Buckwheat is pretty after blooming.
