Blue Ridge Parkway Fall Color 11/7/13

Asheville NC Fall Foliage Color Leaf Report 2013 reports

There’s still some great color in the lower elevations! The best color is in the Chimney Rock and Lake Lure areas, as well as the city of Asheville. It’s a great time to get outside and hike to a waterfall (most of our featured waterfalls are in lower elevations).

The Blue Ridge Parkway will close north of Asheville for repairs beginning November 12.
