If you’re still in planning mode for your trip to Plumas County to see the fall colors, now is the time! We estimate peak color is going to be this coming weekend, the 19th and 20th. Of course it’s impossible to say exactly, but historically our peak has been around that time every October. We have reports that the dogwood is beautiful right now on Bucks Lake Road and the aspen on Lake Davis Road out of Portola is near peak.
