Asheville NC Fall Foliage Color Leaf Report 2013 has the following report for Blue Ridge Parkway and Great Smoky Mts. for September 17, 2013
Most all leaves are still very green. Right now, late summer wildflowers are providing great color. A mostly dry week with some morning fog and some cloudy afternoons. The big color show is still 2-5 weeks away.
