Regional Parks Botanic Garden Flowers 7/6/13

It was a cloudy day with good light for flower photography.  I went up to the Regional Parks Botanic Garden  in Tilden Park in Berkeley, CA  to see what flowers were blooming in early July. There are still many flowers in bloom. I only made it through less than half the garden. I was especially drawn to the Clarkias, lilies and Columbines today.

You can see the photos in a high quality large file slideshow at: Flickr

spectacular, Sandy. Love that seals have migrated to garden.
But thank you for the wonderful minutes of pleasure.
Saw quite a few just now at Mt. Rose (not too hot up there), and then at Lakes Basin (hot, but flowers, and even buds). Plus treat of thunderstorm!
