The 2013 Sonoma and North Marin Counties Eco-Friendly Garden Tour is May 11, 2013 10AM – 4PM.
The May 11th 2013 Eco-Friendly Garden Tour is a public outreach and education program that promotes sustainable gardening practices by showcasing inspiring home gardens throughout the North Bay Area. The Tour supports QWEL Professionals and Russian River‐Friendly practices by featuring their personal or client’s gardens, and promotes sponsoring agencies, nurseries, irrigation and landscaping suppliers.
Th is self-guided tour, in its third year, highlights several gardens that use practices sensitive to local waterways. At each location a professional landscaper, designer or homeowner will be available to provide information on the garden and answer questions. Registration is required, however there is no charge to attend.
