DesertUSA had the following wildflower report from Saguaro National Park for Feb 13, 2013:
We had a good rain and even a little snow 2/11/13 at Saguaro National Park! The ocotillo are leafy and some other little green patches are cropping up around the park too. The snow on the desert floor has melted off, but the Rincons are still frosty white! Most of the low frosty clouds have lifted off, so it’s a great time to come get some great photos with a winter white mountain backdrop in Saguaro National Park.
