Desert Wildflower Reports – DesertUSA has the following wildflower report for Anza-Borrego Desert State Park

Elephant Tree Area – About a dozen or so species in bloom today (12th Feb) although none profusely (except perhaps desert lavender bushes which were doing well). Even a few ocotillo actually in bloom.
