Reminder Geminid meteor shower peaks December 13 and 14

A New Meteor Shower in December? – NASA Science is a report by NASA that we may be about to experience a new meteor shower. We are currently experiencing the Geminid meteor shower. We may also get meteor showers from the Comet Wirtanen. (The new meteor shower is yet to be named.) Meteors from the new meteor shower, if it occurs will be earlier in the evening. NASA is recommending making December 13 a meteor shower night as the new meteor shower will be early in the evening and the Geminid meteor shower will be later in the night.
