New England Fall Color Update: Northernmost Areas Peaking

The Yankee Foliage New England Foliage Map shows that sections of northern Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire are considered at peak fall color. The rest of New England is rated either at moderate fall color or just beginning to turn. The map is interactive and allows you to click individual counties and has links to photos.

Sandy, you’re doing a great job collecting fall foliage reports and photos. Much appreciated by me in southern California where it is still blisteringly hot.
