The Sacramento Bee began publishing its weekly fall foliage report and map today. They say the best fall colors can be found at upper meadows above Conway Summit, Sabrina Basin and Sabrina Lake (and Table Mountain Meadow to Parchers along South Fork Bishop Creek.
