Federal Court Rejects Increased Off-Roading In Eldorado National Forest

The LA Times reported today that a Federal Court has rejected the U.S.  Forest Service plan that would allow 1212 miles for off-road vehicle use in Eldorado National Forest.  The court stated that the proposal to increase off-roading did not give enough protections for the California red-legged frog and sensitive Sierra Nevada meadows.  Read the full story at: Court rejects off-road plan for Eldorado National Forest – latimes.com.
