Natural History Wanderings

This past Saturday I visited the Regional Parks Botanic Garden at Tilden Park  I hadn’t been there a while and wanted to see what was in bloom.  Many of the native plants ( the garden is exclusively California Native Plants)  are  in bloom and it is an excellent to visit and photograph flowers.  I put on the macro lens to start and never took it off so today’s photos are all close-ups. To see larger, better quality photos click:  Larger Photos
