April CNPS Programs and Field Trips

Bay Area California Native Plant Society Chapters: (go to chapter websites for more details)

CNPS field trips are an excellent opportunity to see wildflowers and other plants with a group of people who are very knowledgeable of plants, intimately know  local areas  and are very respectful of the environment.  They  typically go at slow pace, suited for plant ID’s and photography.  Membership is not required to participate in CNPS activities but is encouraged.  CNPS is a strong advocate for the protection of California native plants and their habitats.
