Natural History Wanderings

Here are my some wildflower photos from the recent two-week trip to the Pontic Alps or Kackar Region in Northeastern Turkey. The trip was at the end of July and beginning of August with Greentours Natural History Holidays and led by Basak Gardner.  It is a region of scenic mountain landscapes with wildflower meadows, butterflies and rural villages.
