California Fall Color just posted a new report for the Shasta Cascade Region. They report that the fall color is still increasing and starting to reach peak in a few areas. Here is what they report in terms of percent color in each area.
- 15-30%- Butte County
- 0-15% – Whiskeytown National Recreation Area
- 30-50%- Burney Falls State Park
- 30-50%- Lassen Volcanic National Park
- 50-75%- Bizz Johnson Trail
- 30-50%- Mt. Shasta
- 15-30%- Weaverville
- 75-100% Plumas County-
- 75-100% Modoc County
