The San Francisco Chronicle reports
The national park announced Wednesday roads and facilities closed for winter will open later than usual as the park wakes from a winter marked by relentless storms.
Plowing will begin on Glacier Point and Tioga roads in April, but neither road is expected to be open before Memorial Day. Last year Tioga Road opened on May 21.
