Yosemite: Highway 120 Closed West Of Crane Flat

Mono County Tourism posted the following TRAVEL UPDATE***

Tioga Road (120 EAST) to Crane Flat, including Tuolumne Meadows, Tenaya Lake, and Olmsted Point, is currently OPEN from the Park’s east entrance.

However, Big Oak Flat Road (120 WEST) west of Crane Flat is now CLOSED due to ongoing fire operations of the Ferguson Fire.

You cannot currently use Hwy 120 as a thru-road to get over the Sierra. Hwy 108 (Sonora Pass) and Hwy 89 (Monitor Pass) are alternative options and both are currently open.
