Columbia River Gorge: Rowena Plateau 4/15/16

Oregon Wildflowers has a new report for the Rowena Plateau in the Columbia River Gorge

Seems around peak for balsam root and lupine. There were plenty of other things blooming: desert parsley, blue-eyed mary, bicolored lupine (not 100% of this ID), prairie star, some larkspur, cluster lily (Memaloose Hills also looked great from a _very_ quick stop)
