Carrizo Plain National Monument Reports on Feb 29, 2015:

There are not many wildflowers on Carrizo Plain National Monument, but we have seen a very limited amount.  Mainly, we have seen Filaree and Fiddleneck.  We have also seen some Goldfields mostly on the south end of the monument.  For the most current update contact the Education Center at 805-475-2131.  The Education Center is open Thursday – Sunday from 9am – 4pm.
