I am not aware of any CNPS chapter that regularly does Salt Marsh trips? (That doesn’t mean they don’t exist, it just means I’m not aware of them. I would suggest contacting the CNPS chapters in the areas you are interested in that might have Salt Marsh Habitats. You might also contact botanic gardens as they also sponsor trips.

Señor Steinman, Does CNPS ever do salt marsh trips?
I hope you two are well. I was six days in southern California, did a Christmas Bird Count. The boat party had a Brown Booby; on my 3 mile coast walk I had 10 Royal Terns! This is a warm water tern and used to be quite uncommon. Black-vented Shearwaters are usually present in the high hundreds to thousands and very few were seen. They all seem to be in N. California and Oregon. Coming back Tuesday Tejon Pass was covered with snow. -Rusty
